Krazy Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients
1 lb. (about 3 cups) finely cut up rhubarb
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
Steps To Make
(1) Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
(2) Beat the egg yolks and other ingredients.
Spread as evenly as possible over rhubarb.
(3) Cook at 400F° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350F° for 45 minutes.
A custard crust forms on top.
